a keen eye on menu trends and an understanding of the physiological
effects of air travel on food and passengers, our research and development
team creates menus and recipes that will enhance the dinning experience.

an in-depth evaluation of your catering purchasing patterns, gain
a thorough understanding of your objectives, recommend streamlined
procedures and standards, and implement a measurable program for

Education Program, this program trains staff on all initial product
supply processing, receiving inventory, maintaining inventory
and rotation, precooking procedures, temperature control, assembly,
chill-down and delivery.

catering - for executive functions, conventions, parties, meetings,
training, seminars and luncheons, etc.…
